There are 3 options to choose from (see photo for options): either attached can be a charm loop, a standard split keyring, or just the charm on its own.
I might send some of these with the protective layers still attached. This is to stop it from getting scratched when travelling to you. Just peel off the layers, and you’ll find the design hiding underneath :D
