Here’s all my shipping info,

All orders are packed up and dispatched by me, then sent to you through the Royal Mail. I try to make most of my products to order to avoid waste so it can take 1 - 3 days to be dispatched. During busier periods this can take up to a week - your patience is appreciated!

You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been dispatched, sometimes these go into spam or junk folders.

UK orders

  • Small orders such as postcards, stickers and sticker sheets are sent First Class 24 (this is untracked)

  • Larger orders are now sent with tracking with Royal Mail Tracked®

International orders

  • ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE UNTRACKED - if you would like your order to have tracking please email me

  • All orders are sent using international standard: it will take at least 7 working days to arrive from dispatch

24th September 2025, USA Shipping has been reopened!! I’ve found a way to cover the customs fee on my end, so shipping should be all smooth again now! <3

For those outside of the UK, please be aware you may be charged custom fees. For most countries I’m unable to control or predict what these fees might be - but this simply duty import calculator is useful for getting a rough estimate. 

Please double check your email and delivery address!! - If it’s incorrect please email me immediately so I can change it before it’s dispatched! If it’s already been dispatched and doesn’t make it to you, there is a large chance it will come back to me.

If you can’t see shipping for your country - send me an email and let me know where you are located so I can potentially add it to my shipping zones. (please note I can no longer ship to any countries inside the EU and Northern Ireland due to GPSR regulations)

I do accept refunds and returns although if you need to return an order, due to being a small business, I unfortunately can not cover the cost of shipping the return back to me.
